From the Founder
Our first weekend is just around the corner
It’s just over a week until our press launch at Chewton Glen and I’m excited to welcome our first guests and have them experience the Fitter, Stronger philosophy. We have a fantastic, professional, expert team to teach time efficient exercise tricks and nutrition know how that they can take away and employ in their daily lives.
Olympian James Cracknell, who will deliver motivational talks at all our weekends and joins guests for dinner, was recently asked by Chewton Glen Magazine why he chose to become involved. He said, “Paula described what she was planning to do and it struck a chord with me. I believe in being physically active, so people can make the most of their lives. Recovering from the accident (James was cycling across America in 2010, when he was hit by a lorry, causing multiple fractures and a brain injury), physical activity and sport were the things that I could control, keep a diary of and monitor my progress. The confidence and belief you gain to conquer issues in other areas of your life, when you can objectively see improvements that are of your doing in another area, is enormous.”
I couldn’t agree more. Exercise and nutrition are a powerful combination, not just physically but mentally, too. That’s why I created Fitter, Stronger weekends.
Exercise and nutrition can’t fix your problems but they can definitely make them easier to deal with. Let us show you how.
