FITTER STRONGER RETREATS
A deposit is payable on booking of a Fitter Stronger holiday. Only when the deposit is received does the booking become secure. The deposit is non-refundable. The balance payment is due eight weeks before attendance. In exceptional circumstances only, should a guest be unable to attend within eight weeks of commencement of the holiday, your deposit and balance payment may be transferred to the next available retreat, solely at the discretion of Fitter Stronger.
PERSONAL TRAINING
After an initial paid consultation, personal training is payable in blocks of four sessions or more, in advance. 24 hours notice is required to postpone a session or the fee for that session is payable in full. Replacement sessions must be booked and used within one calendar month of the postponed session. Postponed sessions are non refundable. Clients are required to complete a health and fitness questionnaire. Fitter Stronger can accept no liability for personal injury in a session if:
- your doctor has, on health grounds, advised you against such exercise
- you fail to observe instructions on safety or technique, or
- injury is caused by a preexisting injury or medical condition or the negligence of another participant in the session
RECHARGE
Payment terms for Recharge are no later than two calendar weeks following attendance.
CLASSES
Classes are payable in advance. 24 hours notice is required to postpone a session or the fee for that session is payable in full. Replacement sessions must be booked and used within one calendar month of the postponed session. A maximum of one replacement session is permitted per person, per class, in each calendar month. Postponed sessions are non refundable. Fitter Stronger can accept no liability for personal injury in a session if:

CHANGES TO ITINERARY
Our staff, activities and events may change from those advertised at short notice. In this instance, every effort will be made to offer suitable alternatives.
PRIVACY STATEMENT
At Fitter Stronger, we take your privacy seriously and will only use your personal information to administer our business and provide the services you have requested from us. Your information will not be shared with any other company or organisation. We would like to contact you with details of our services and offers and will seek consent from you to enable this and only contact you after receiving your consent. Your details will be securely stored until you notify us that you no longer wish to receive information from us.
