We believe sustainability is a journey made up of thoughtful choices, big and small. We care deeply about looking after the environment, protecting wildlife on land and at sea, in our operations in the U.K and overseas. We are an accredited WiSe Scheme wildlife safe operator.
Our retreat programmes include authentic cultural activity, which support historical sites.

- Using water responsibly, being mindful of how it’s used and encouraging guests to do the same.
- Procuring goods and services that align with our strong preference for local and ethical partners.
- Encouraging biodiversity, by supporting the preservation of the natural landscapes we operate in and including targeted conservation activity at our retreats.
- Providing guests with clear and accessible ways to support low-impact choices during their stay with us.

We support a range of charitable and health organisations, at both national and local levels. These include partnerships with organisations including Keele University, NHS Queen Victoria Hospital, Born Free Foundation, Celia Hammond Animal Trust and Elliott Holmes Memorial Fund.
We take a responsible approach to procurement of equipment and uniform, prioritising local and UK-based suppliers, who demonstrate strong environmental credentials, ethical practices and supply chain transparency.
