Helene Patounas, MSc, BSc
Helene Patounas is a nutritionist passionate about inspiring others to make positive change to be the best version of themselves. Her approach to nutrition is science-based, integrating the disciplines of Personalised Nutrition, Nutritional Therapy and Functional Medicine. She is a member of the Royal Society of Medicine, holds a Masters degree in Personalised Nutrition and a first class degree in Nutritional Therapy.
Aged 29, she was diagnosed with chronic fatigue, which conventional medicine was unable to support. She explored nutrition and was back to average health after six months and full health two years later. Having experienced the power of nutrition first hand, she wanted to share this knowledge and qualified as a nutritionist in 2005. Her clients include Formula 1 racing drivers, elite athletes, senior executives and high profile individuals. She is the Lead Nutritionist at the McLaren Performance Academy.
“Health is a gift, and just like anything important in life, we need to nurture it, shine some light on it, and give it the attention it needs to flourish.” Helene Patounas.
